Miss Antigha

Family Link & Pastoral Support Worker

Hello, my name is Nkoyo Antigha and I am the Family Link and Pastoral Support Worker. The main focus of my role is the Safeguarding and Pastoral Care of pupils and their families. I may work with you directly and/or signpost you to other agencies or resources that offer further support.

Parents/Carers needing advice or wishing to share concerns can book a slot to see me using the Family Link sign-up sheet in reception. (The sheet will detail the slots for the particular week, this may vary). If you have concerns regarding learning or SEN please see the relevant Teacher/TA/Senco.

Mrs Harrison

Hello! I joined Wicklea Academy in January 2015. I work here on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays as the SENCo.

I started teaching over twenty-five years ago at a Bristol junior school where I was the English subject leader. I taught there for twelve years, then worked at Bath Spa University for a short time, before becoming interested in special educational needs. For the next twelve years I worked as the SENCo at a Bristol primary school. During my career I have taught across all age ranges from Nursery to Year 6.

In my spare time I love walking, cycling, going to the theatre and reading. I enjoy travel too.

Miss Millen

Behaviour Support Leader

Miss Sage

MAT Middle Leader

I am Mrs Sage and I started at Waycroft in September 2015. I have been teaching for 15 years and have loved working in a variety of different schools and year groups. I started my career at a middle school in Somerset, where I am originally from and then moved to Bristol to teach at Ilminster Avenue EACT Academy. My work has mainly been based in Key Stage 2 as a class teacher but also as a leader in healthy schools, pupil voice, behaviour for learning and assessment. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my 2 wonderful children, cooking, watching films and playing in our local park.
