Year 6 Celebration Assembly

15th September 2017

Today we celebrated what a fantastic two weeks year 6 have had in assembly today. They read some of their fantastic persuasive writing all about capital punishment.

Some fantastic language and reasoning in their letters which were very mature.

Year 6 were also rewarded for their super work in Maths which focused on reasoning in all areas of the subject; time, capacity, number and place value and many more.

Many of the children were given certificates for an excellent learning attitude to year 6. Even though this year will be challenging they have hit the ground running in the past two weeks.
