I am Mrs Tracy French. I have been a Head Teacher of a number of primary schools in both Bristol and Wales, I am also an Ofsted Inspector in England and Estyn Inspector in Wales. Having been lucky enough to work in different schools has extended my skills set to all elements of Primary Teaching and Learning, I am then able to use this knowledge to develop all academies within the MAT.
I have four children who have all grown up and two grandchildren on the way. When my children were in education I had very high expectations of the schools they attended, I assume you have those same high expectations of us now and can assure you that our aim is nothing but the best for your children.
Outside school I enjoy travelling, running, during the summer months I work for a charity in Africa building schools and supporting local communities and spending time with my family.
Head of School
I have worked within the Waycroft Multi-Academy Trust since 2010, joining Wicklea Academy in 2014. Prior to teaching I worked within the Life Assurance industry for many years where I undertook a variety of roles, including middle management and project management.
My favourite subject has always been history and I still enjoy reading and learning more about Ancient History. I am also very keen on sport and believe in providing children with opportunities to learn how to play a variety of sports, as well as giving them the opportunity to represent the school competitively.
Outside of school I (usually) enjoy supporting Arsenal, travelling and spending days out with my family.
Assistant Head of School
My name is Mrs Reeve, I began my teaching career in 2001 in Southampton and moved to Waycroft in 2010. I have predominantly taught Key Stage 2 but have also had the opportunity to teach in KS1. Throughout my teaching career I have had a particular interest in Drama and encouraging speaking, listening and discussion throughout the curriculum. In addition, I have a love for Maths and enjoy setting real life problems that challenge the children and prepare them for the wider community.
I have a love for travelling and lived and taught in Malaysia for 5 years. Outside of school I enjoy taking care of my three beautiful boys and visiting the theatre.

Our Services allows schools to embed code which may potentially contain cookies. Please note embedded content, if displayed on one of our websites, has been added by the school and not by eSchools. The embedded content added by the school may require additional cookies or tracking technologies to be enabled in order to function.
